Capsicum Universal Search
Something Heidi and I discussed early on in the development of Capsicum was how we wanted search to work. Capsicum combines several different kinds of data in one app. We currently have components including Tasks, Events, Notes, and Habit Tracking. We wanted search to be universal and return results for all of these. We launched the beta without search and surprisingly, very few people mentioned the desire to have it. When deciding what features we absolutely had to launch with, search, much like exporting, didn’t make the cut. These aren’t used frequently, but when you need them we need them, so we wanted to get exporting out during the first month after launch and get search out during the second. Today, we’re happy to announce that Capsicum 1.1.0 now includes universal search. Check it out on the App Store.
